Treat yourself to a Winter Yoga Retreat at the Oregon Garden Resort in Silverton. The Resort is a spectacular 80 acre botanical garden and resort where you can wander through gardens, soak in the outdoor hot tub, or pamper yourself at the Moonstone Spa. It is close to the charming town of Silverton and Silver Falls, a great spot for hiking. Five yoga and movement classes will be offered throughout the weekend (all optional). Dinner on Friday and Saturday and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday are included in the cost of the retreat.
The retreat begins on Friday at 5 PM with a yoga class followed by dinner, and concludes after morning yoga class and breakfast on Sunday. Check in starts at 3 PM on Friday and check out is 11 AM on Sunday. Classes are appropriate for anyone with a year of yoga experience. Space is limited.

About the Instructors
Ryan Crosby MSW, RYT, has taught yoga for 15 years to people of all ages, in a variety of settings. She brings a rich and varied background to her teaching, which is evident in her gentle yet energizing classes. She studied in India with the Himalayan Institute and is a certified Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT 500).
Cynthia Ferrier, MD, practices at GreenField Health, an innovative Internal Medicine clinic which focuses on promoting pro-active healthcare through building close doctor-patient relationships. Dr. Ferrier has a special focus in women’s health and is interested in complementary medicine as a way to bring the best of both worlds to her patients.
Cost includes two nights lodging and taxes, classes, four meals and passes to Oregon Garden.
