Have fun while learning to release muscle tension, relieve pain and reduce stress. With the help of a Styrofoam roller, your own body weight and gravity you'll experience myofacial release giving you an improved sense of well being and body-ease. At the end of the class you'll be ready to practice on your own. Anybody can do it and everyone can benefit.
