Includes two nights lodging and taxes in a room with fireplace and private patio, all six classes, four meals and passes to Oregon Garden. The retreat begins on Friday at 5 PM with a yoga class followed by dinner, and concludes after morning yoga class and breakfast on Sunday. Check in starts at 3 PM on Friday and check out is 11 AM on Sunday. Classes are appropriate for anyone with a year of yoga experience. Space is limited.

Ryan Crosby MSW, RYT, has taught yoga for 15 years to people of all ages, in a variety of settings. She brings a rich and varied background to her teaching, which is evident in her gentle yet energizing classes. She studied in India with the Himalayan Institute and is a certified Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT 500).
Cynthia Ferrier, MD, practices at GreenField Health, an innovative Internal Medicine clinic which focuses on promoting pro-active healthcare through building close doctor-patient relationships. Dr. Ferrier has a special focus in women’s health and is interested in complementary medicine as a way to bring the best of both worlds to her patients.
Margaret Townsend, CHP, CBF, has been practicing as a certified Breathwork Facilitator for 20 years and is also a certified Hakomi body-centered psychotherapy practioner. Her focus on body awareness grew through her work as a Shiatsu and Reiki practioner and as a teacher of dance, yoga and fitness over the past 30 years. She offers private and group sessions that includes her studies in Qi Gong, Nonviolent Communication and mindfulness practices. For more info click here.
