Class Descriptions
Level I Class is focused on beginners and very supportive. Stretch, strengthen and relax. Improve your muscle tone, flexibility, balance and alignment while developing awareness and self-acceptance.
Level 1 & 2 Beginning and continuing students welcome.
Focus on basic postures, sequencing, alignment and breathing while
building flexibility, strength and stamina. Modifications for the
various posture are suggested and gentle hands-on adjustments.
Level 2 Appropriate for students with a minimum of one year of yoga. Explore the joy of movement and fine tune poses. Attention to alignment and breathing techniques.
Gentle Yoga No prior experience necessary. Improve strength, flexibility and balance. Ideal for those who have ph
ysical limitations, are recovering from or injury, illness, seniors or those who prefer a slower-paced class.
